  • Please tell me that when you were a juror, the judge didn't tell you the test was "beyond a shadow of a doubt" because that is NOT the test. It is beyond a REASONABLE doubt.

  • As a lawyer, I completely disagree with you Fred. There was sufficient evidence presented to indicate that she was murdered (the only other explanation presented by the defense was the accidental drowning).

  • The test is NOT beyond a shadow of a doubt. It is beyond a reasonable doubt. As a lawyer, I saw sufficient evidence to convict her of manslaughter. There is no reasonable explanation for all of the circumstantial evidence presented other than that the mother killed her.

  • I don't agree with death threats but they did make a terrible mistake (possibly in order to get home after so many days being sequestered).  It wasn't a correct verdict and only spending 11 hours was a breach of their duty as jurors.  So while I wouldn't be harsh to her, if she worked with …

  • I think he's clever and funny. Sure a bit weird at times but I suspect most people who make their money by pretending to be someone else are a bit weird. People suggesting mental illness diagnoses are unprofessional. I will continue to watch until he stops giving the interviews.

  • Will never support Mel Gibson, Michael Richards or Woody Allen.  Have never watched anything by/starring Roman Polanski or Charlie Sheen or Eminem so doubt that will come up.  But Mel is the worst in my view and I won't even watch his movies when they are on TV.
